Steve Gentry Construction replaced my roof and gutters due to storm damage. Insurance company originally was only going to cover part of the cost. Steve reviewed work effort required with them and then the insurance decided to pay for all work.The work was done in one day. Steve was on site much of the day to make sure I was satisfied.After the work was done another high wind storm blew some of my fascia and soffit loose. This was unrelated to his previous work but he came out and repaired it at no charge.Thanks Steve.

I have never been more happy with a construction outfit as I am with Steve Gentry Construction! I will never use anyone else as long as Steve and his team are in business! Steve is knowledgeable, friendly and knows how to explain things in simple English! He goes the extra mile with the insurance company and takes all the stress out of a major problem. He doesn't overcharge and does his best to give you the best deal possible. There are no "hidden fees" or "extras" - just a straight up price that is fair for everyone involved! I also dealt with Bob Pries while having my roof replaced and he is incredibly nice, very helpful with my questions and very good to his crew. He speaks highly of his job and his crew, even stopping after hours to exchange dumpsters so things were ready in the morning before the heat set in. Speaking of the crew - friendly, hardworking, tireless and a spotless clean up! I love my new roof and gutters! I also splurged on gutter "covers" which were not very expensive at all and now I have a maintenance free roof! Love, love, love these guys! Also a shout out to Jody who fixed a window leak issue that came from a siding issue. It's so nice to be able to open that window again! Jody is also very friendly and helpful. To the woman who runs the office and keeps the guys in line - Theresa - you rock!

Steve and his group have done several jobs for us over the years, and every experience has been positive. They are always friendly, responsive, professional, and efficient. Steve once spent significant time and energy working with us trying to negotiate for insurance coverage for a roof issue. Most recently they fit me in on very short notice when I was in a bind. I can't recommend them enough.

We have a big old Victorian with a pretty crazy roof line. Steve and his crew showed up and problem-solved a couple very tricky spots (including a turret). His price was great and he was always available if I had questions. Finish roof looks great!

Steve and his crew have re-roofed one house and performed a repair on our personal house. We will definitely recommend and will use them again in the future. The new roof looks great and the crew cleaned up so well, our renters didn’t even realize the crew had come and gone in a day. There were no surprises and he took the time to explain how different warranty options may affect our roof in the future.We were very grateful when Steve showed up quickly after our personal house suffered shingle damage from straight line winds.
